Season 2 Release Date

The official website for the anime of Atsushi Ohkubo’s Fire Force manga revealed that the anime is going to get a “second chapter” a couple of months back. The wait is over!

The official twitter account of the Fire Force franchise confirmed that it would be aired on July 3, 2020. They publicized the show very creatively by putting up the posters at 30 stations.

Second Chapter Plot

The plot of the second season has not been confirmed yet. And the creators of the show have not confirmed whether the revival of the show will be a split-cour season of the first installment or a full-fledged season two.

Season 1 of the Fire Force anime adapted seven arcs from the manga, from “Introduction” arc to “Netherworld” arc, encompassing chapters 1-90.

We expect season 2 to follow the same fashion and adapt chapters 91-179, from “Vs. Special Fire Force Company 4” arc to “Rescue” arc (arcs 8-15).

In the 8th arc, Shinra went to see the captain of the 4th company – Socihiro Arg, to ask him about the Adolla Link. However, he is suddenly controlled by a mysterious entity and starts attacking Arthur.

Cooking with Valkyries Reveals July 7 Release, More Updates

The COVID-19 pandemic forced anime tiles to either reschedule their broadcasting or go on delays. The months of April, May and June were particularly harsh on anime fans as they missed several new releases.

When all hope seemed lost, the month of July came as a messiah for all fans with a long list of anime releases. This will include the shows that went on a break and new seasons and animes that were rescheduled.

It seems everything that otakus lost to the pandemic will return with interest in July.

Joining this list is a short spinoff anime called Cooking with Valkyries. The official website for the series confirmed that the show would broadcast on BS Nippon Television from July 7 2020, on every Tuesday at 24:28.

The promotional video revealed the cast and staff working on the series. Naoko Takeichi and Meng Sun will direct the short spinoff. The PV also revealed that Ayaka Shimoji would be the chief animation director, and he will handle the character designs.

The main cast for the series will be:

Golden Kamuy Season 3 Key Visual & Comments from Cast

The Golden Kamuy anime has captured the attention of the audience with its storytelling technique and realistic struggle through obstacles.

The official website of the Golden Kamuy anime has released a key visual of the 3rd season of the anime. The key visual shows Asirpa, Saichi, Yoshitake, and others trudging through the snow-filled landscape.

The official Twitter account of Golden Kamuy also tweeted the estimated broadcast date of the anime. The anime will air in October this year. The eight main casts of the anime have commented on the anime’s 3rd season.

The anime will be broadcast from October on TOKYO MX, Yomiuri TV, Sapporo TV, and BS11. The tagline of the anime is “Renewing the unbreakable bond, Let’s move on!”

Geno Studio produced the anime’s first season. It aired from April to June 2018. The second season of the anime aired from October to December 2018.

Crunchyroll simulcasts the anime and Funimation streams the English dub of the series. Viz Media has also licensed the series.

The main cast of the anime has commented on the upcoming season, and they seem to be most excited about the broadcast.

Yoshihiro Kobayashi playing Saichi Sugimoto has expressed his anticipation for the anime. He awaits the reveal of the new scenes, the prisoners, their past, and their language.

Haruka Shiraishi, who plays Asirpa, commented that she had devoted her skill to portraying the emotional conflicts of Asirpa. She reveals that Asirpa will be separated from Saichi at one point, but she will still move forward while trusting him.

The recordings for the anime are done separately now, which means that the cast members have no idea about the scenes of any other member. This leads to more curiosity not only on the part of the cast but the viewers as well.

About Golden Kamuy

The Golden Kamuy manga by Satoru Noda was published in Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump in 2014. It has already been adapted into two anime seasons with a third on the way.

Arad Senki TV Anime: July 3 Premiere, PV, Cast & More

Anime adaptations of video games have been an age-old tradition in the Japanese animation industry.

Linden film recently began streaming a promotional video for its new anime adaptation of AradSenki on its YouTube channel.

The new adaptation titled “Arad: Gyakuten no Gear (Arad: Reversal of Fate)” will premiere on TV Tokyo on July 3, 2020.

Although Tencent has streamed seven episodes of the series in China since April 23, it will receive its anime premiere on July 3.

Along with the release date, the promotional video on the LINDENFILMS YouTube channel also revealed the staff and cast for the series.

Noriyuki Abe will be directing the series, with Mayori Sekijima, in charge of overseeing the series composition. Mayori Sekijima will also be responsible for scripting the show along with Aoi Akashiro.

The show will receive its character designs from Satoshi Kimura and creature designs from Raita Sunaga (Kokkoku). Stray Cats has been chosen as the band for the music production of the series.

Hamefura: Anime Season 2 Slated For 2021 Release

My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!, also known as Hamefura, is a light novel series that has been adapted into an anime. The anime is based on the genre of “otome” or role-playing game. It has a unique take on role-playing games, with the protagonist being the villainess.

The light novel was adapted into an anime series, which was broadcasted from 4th April to 20th June in Japan. The last episode of the anime (episode 12) revealed the making of a second season.

The second season of My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! anime will air in 2021. The illustrator of the original novel, Nami Hidaka, personally drew a visual to commemorate the announcement of the anime’s second season.

Hamefura, the light novel, was published by Ichijinsa and its English publisher is J-Novel Club. The light novel had been adapted into a manga in 2017; another spinoff manga was released in 2019.

Keisuke Inou directed the anime series under studio Silver Link. Megumi Shimizu handled the series composition, and Miwa Oshima was in charge of character design.  Crunchyroll licensed the anime and it’s English subbed version could be streamed from May 16, 2020.
